BirdDogHR Successfully Completes SOC 2 Type 2 Audit for its Facilities and Processes

DES MOINES, IA – July 25, 2017 – BirdDogHR™, the leader in talent management solutions for the construction, engineering and skilled trades industries, has successfully completed its Service Organizations Controls 2 (SOC 2), which recognizes the steps it takes to ensure the BirdDogHR Talent Management System is designed to keep its clients’ sensitive information safe and confidential. The SOC 2 Type 2, or Services Organization Controls 2 Type 2 is a long-term audit of a company’s information security, conducted by a member of the American Institute of CPAs. The CPA, upon being satisfied with tangible examples of the security of the service provider system can then offer their professional opinion as to the security of information within the system via their report. BirdDogHR is meeting or exceeding the system security standards for SOC 2.

Through this relationship, Integrity worked with BirdDogHR to ensure SOC 2 compliance and led the BirdDogHR team through the implementation of proper security controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of client data.
