BirdDogHR Announces ERP Integrations Partner with Spring 2018 Talent Management System Release

DES MOINES, Iowa – April 24, 2018 – BirdDogHR, the leader in talent management solutions for the construction, engineering and skilled trades industries, successfully released its Spring 2018 product updates on Thursday, April 5, 2018. Enhancements were made system-wide along with individual enhancements to the Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and Performance modules. On a platform level, BirdDogHR launched a partnership with integrations provider, Ryvit, allowing for integrations with ERP, HRIS and payroll software systems.

Integrations partner, Ryvit, works with ERP, HRIS and payroll software to share data across multiple systems. BirdDogHR customers who use Sage 300, Viewpoint Spectrum and Viewpoint Vista ERPs can now transfer data seamlessly between their ERP and the BirdDogHR platform; additional systems can be integrated on a case-by-case basis. Customers can use the information shared between software systems to make strategic business and employee decisions without duplicating data entry efforts, saving time and ensuring accurate reporting. Offer letter functionality was released within the applicant tracking system. With this functionality, BirdDogHR users can create and send offer letters through the BirdDogHR ATS. Offer letter approvals are included, allowing permissioned users to approve or reject offer letters before they are sent to candidates. In addition, job distribution to the Nexstar Network has been added to the ATS for Nexstar members with valid login credentials.

The 2018 federal W-4 and individual state withholding forms have been updated within the onboarding software. Onboarding now also features a new hire welcome page that will default to a configurable welcome message and direct them to their new hire paperwork.

Based on customer feedback, the BirdDogHR Learning Management System (LMS) has an updated employee selector enhancement with more robust options and functionality. Permissioned users can easily assign courses to selected individuals or groups of employees. In addition, Business Units have been added to the LMS and Performance modules, now spanning the entire suite. Business Units give more autonomy over usage and visibility to individual business units or departments within an organization.
