The company was named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies while adding new employees to every functional area. The company also generated 30% revenue growth and added 233 new customers bringing the company’s customer total to more than 1200 U.S. companies.
BirdDogHR’s growth and momentum was powered by strong product enhancements released via the cloud in four major releases. New product focus areas included enhanced flexibility with the robust and unique change request management and the ability to conduct project-based performance reviews; enhanced communication flows in the BirdDogHR ATS and Performance modules; and an expanded security focus resulting in BirdDogHR completing a Soc 2 Type 2 audit for its processes and facilities. As BirdDogHR works with larger companies it is staying ahead of the security features larger organizations require.
Sustained hyper-growth has become a constant at BirdDogHR as the company was named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies for the third consecutive year. The company had its highest jump in rank yet, moving up more than 1,200 spots to #2308 on the 2017 list. That revenue growth is powered by adding customers in BirdDogHR’s core verticals.
