Encourage existing employees to send welcome emails or notes to the new hire, introducing themselves, so the new hires have some basic information about their coworkers and supervisors. Make sure they are on the invite list for company events, whether it’s a happy hour or a company potluck in their first few days of employment. 2. Develop skills early on
