BirdDogHR continues to deliver exceptionally strong results as an easy-to-use, full-featured and cloud-based talent management solution, with momentum accelerating into the third and fourth quarters of this year.
BirdDogHR revenue was at an all-time high in Q2 2015 with a 20% revenue spike compared to the prior quarter. On top of increased revenue, monthly recurring revenue has nearly doubled from January through June of this year. Boosts in revenue provide the opportunity for BirdDogHR to continue to add staff and innovate products and services. This exponential growth has required the SaaS Company to move to a larger location in late August.
In the short time between January and June 2015, BirdDogHR has added over 100 clients now boasting over 800 companies on its customer list. The company’s talent management system caters to federal contractors and companies in the construction, engineering and skilled trades industries. However, in the first two quarters, BirdDogHR found that user adoption is widening not just inside but also outside of these core verticals. Twenty percent of new customers are coming to BirdDogHR from outside these verticals as small and medium size businesses in all industries value the easy-to- use complete talent management system.
To round out the first half of the year, the BirdDogHR Talent Management System Summer product release featured an updated responsive user interface, and mobile applicant apply process. This new interface enhances the user, manager and human resources professional experience combining ease of use and mobile responsiveness with modern aesthetics. This product release has been met with enthusiastic response from customers, prospects and applicants alike.
