Customer Experience Enhanced with Refreshed UI and Improved Mobile Responsiveness


DES MOINES, Iowa – July 13, 2015 – BirdDogHR™, the leader in talent management solutions for the construction, engineering and skilled trades industries, today announced an updated user interface of the company’s software as part of the Summer 2015 software release. The transformed interface and mobile responsiveness provide a seamless user experience across all devices and software modules.

The interface update follows the company’s expanded offerings from recruitment and applicant tracking software to a comprehensive talent management solution earlier this year.

The refreshed look of the talent management system extends the company’s new brand to the complete talent management system.

In addition, enhanced mobile responsiveness across the BirdDogHR talent management system enables users to access the software from any internet-enabled device. All pages across the software now resize when accessed on a mobile device. The mobile responsiveness also improves the experience for job seekers, enabling them to apply to jobs from phones, tablets, or PCs and use their Facebook or LinkedIn profiles to complete an application. As part of the enhanced user experience, job seekers can also save their application and return to it later, enabling them to switch from one device to another if desired. Glassdoor reports that 9 out of 10 job seekers are using a mobile device in their job search so in order to attract the modern job seeker, organizations are requiring an online presence and a mobile apply process.
